Re: Failed Downloads: Error I've been having the same problem for weeks! After trying to download on different WiFi networks and also on cellular data with the WiFi off nothing was working.

I found this thread yesterday and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app like someone suggested and that actually worked. I was able to download like 5 movies. But I had to end up getting a new phone last night and when I went to re-download some movies to the Vudu app on my new phone I ran into the same problem as before. I've tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, downloading with WiFi and downloading without.

Nothing is working. I'm still getting the "Download Failed: " error message. So frustrating! Thought I had finally found a solution. It's dumb that I've paid for these movies and can't watch them! Please come up with a fix soon!
