Steam mod download progress not showing

Change language. Install Steam. Samodov View Profile View Posts. For the past few days the Steam Workshop has not installed any mods. I have subscribed to a few and it will instantly say that the mod is downloaded in the Downloads menu but will not appear in game.

For example in Europa Universalis 4 all of my newly subscribed mods which steam said it downloaded have not appeared. I have tried unsubbing, clearing my download cache, exiting steam, deleting appcache folder, restarting steam, resubscribing. None of these work. Thanks in advance. All you have to do is play the game while it DL's? I feel stupid. Then hit play again Open data files and make sure there is a check mark next to the mods name before you hit play a second time. OK, one more time. You subscribe to the mod 2. You hit play in your library for Skyrim and the launch menu appears. I'm mostly curious as to what it's up to. It's a bit odd. I hope it isn't Star Trek Online, I would have to kill that with fire. What OS?
