Safari download error cannot write file
I didn't work on the new download manager in iOS 13, so MobileSafari may not try to show a preview every time now I'm not sure. This sounds like a bug we'd want to fix, but I can't predict whether it will be fixed by iOS 13 GM since it was reported quite late in the seed builds.

I'm confused. What is the use case where this fails, if the problem does not occur in Safari, Firefox, or Chrome?
PTR failed, retrying in ms. Got you. But I can definitely remove it to try. And I do use AppDelete to remove any apps I don't use. So that's a problem as they find files that shouldn't be deleted? Communities Get Support.
